Marketing Magician and Author Ben Mack Speaks at Esozone

Marketing magician Ben Mack recently gave a speech titled How to Produce an Elephant at fringe-science/occult event Esozone in Portland, OR. Ben Mack is the author of the conciousness thriller Poker Without Cards. He also offers the book for free under a CC-license with the title I Am The Virus.

His speech was on marketing, memetics, and magic. MMM! Watch closely…he will kill a woman who is Twittering during the event and make an elephant appear in the tiny room.

Day of Discord 2008 – Portland Edition

This coming Saturday (the 23rd of August) is the International Day of Discord for Discordians, Subgenii, tricksters, losers, and all of their ilk. Lucky Portlanders have the chance of meeting up with some other whack-jobs for good times and BBQ!

It’s going to be a potluck BBQ in the park. Bring some tasty snacks, fun accessories, youself, and some hot people. The festivities are being hosted by Johnny Brainwashan and Telarus, KSC. It’s going to be at Laurelhurst park in SE Portland, OR at 1 pm PST. You can find a map here.

Many Delays in Posting

So – there have been many delays in our updating of the site. As many of you know, PoB recently moved its headquarters to Portland, Oregon. We will be getting our heads and fingers together soon to crank out some more content, but until then – we are internetless.

Yes. We have no internets.

It is a sad perdicament, but one we are working hard to rectify. Until then we search dilligently for work and are busy trying to get the house back to workable (dis)order.

Perhaps this weekend we shall have something more for you.
